i finally conquered my cold and am now healthy with normal sniffles from the cold weather. the begining of thw week was a little bit of a blur but thursday we went to josh and jayme to celebrate joshy's birthday and then headed downtown for a mini date. i have a running list of restaurants and paragon was on it because i heard from a couple people they have a really good mac and cheese, so we went. jason and i eat completely different, him eating a lot of meat and fried stuff while i'm prescatarian. but we share a love of mac and cheese and are always trying to find another good one. the verdict for paragon's mac and cheese was ok. i wouldn't go back just for it but it was good. 

friday we celebrated mandee's bf scott's birthday at punch bowl social. it's the entire 3rd floor of one of the pioneer square buildings. it's huge and only been open a few months. there are multiple bowling alleys and bars, 2 private karaoke rooms, arcade games, real shuffle board, and more. it was pretty fun.

saturday i got up early and headed barre. and then i went on a nice hike with maggie. we headed to forest park from downtown and hiked for about 2 hours and then grabbed some coffee and chai to warm up. that night we were supposed to go to jones to celebrate josh's birthday again but he and jayme weren't feeling well so they stayed home and we went back to punch bowl social.

sunday was lazy. my knee is acting up again so i skipped barre and ballet and opted to sleep in. we did a few errands and then i went over to my sis's for some canneles and we made a quick trip to lamps plus. i admired the shiny stuff while lic bought a couple lights for her house.
